CPA Group has recently reviewed its procurement processes and suppliers and has commenced a preferred supplier relationship with ‘Position Promo’ an Aboriginal owned and operated company, Supply Nation certified, which has achieved best practice in the supply of promotional merchandise and apparel.

Promotion Promo has clients including the Commonwealth Bank, Deloitte, Microsoft & QANTAS.

In addition to its Supply Nation status, Position Promo is of interest to CPA Group through its social impact initiatives which include a proportion of revenue being allocated to establish a fund supporting a range of indigenous projects including university scholarships and direct employment initiatives.

One Social Impact project involves Dr Tracy Westerman, a proud Njamal woman from the Pilbara  who was Western Australia’s Australian of the Year in 2018. Dr Westerman has been recognised for spending over two decades working to reduce the burden of mental ill health and suicide in Aboriginal communities.

Tracy has created the Westerman Jilya Institute for Indigenous Mental Health which is a national program for Driving Clinical and Cultural Best Practice Services into High Need Indigenous Communities.

CPA Group has commenced sourcing all marketing promotional collateral through Position Promo in the knowledge that all expenditure contributes to the supplier as an Aboriginal company and the wider indigenous community.

We have just received out first delivery procured through Position Promo and we are proudly distributing them to clients and contacts.

We believe this is the start of a long and successful partnership that will benefit both parties and the wider First Nation community.
