We continue to pursue our vision of enhancing workplace safety through technological advancement and the digital transformation of essential safety processes.

Evac Guide (Australian developed disruptor technology) is a web-based fire safety and emergency planning compliance software platform that empowers organisations to electronically manage fire safety compliance, develop detailed, customised Emergency Response Plans and optimise safety while adhering to all legal requirements.

We have recently reported on the great association CPA Group have had for over 10 years with the Gladstone Engineering Alliance (GEA).

GEA recently provided a referral for CPA Group to apply to participate in an incubator program for Evac Guide through METS  (Mining Equipment and Technology Suppliers) run by the Department of Industry Innovation and Science.

METS Ignited is an industry-focused organisation, charged with developing a sector-wide plan to strengthen the competitiveness of the METS sector.

Assistance for individual companies is delivered by partner organisations such as AusIndustry, as well as key industry bodies Austmine, and MESCA which can provide members with promotion, supply chain, R&D and mining project opportunities.

CPA Group was invited to take part in a Queensland Regional Pre-Accelerator, a joint initiative of METS Ignited and the Queensland Government, for start-up and established METS solutions during November in Mackay, Rockhampton, Gladstone, Toowoomba and Emerald.

The program featured three intensive workshops, with a view to accelerate the commercial outcomes for our product and link suppliers with buyers and investors. The workshop topics included Accelerated Commercialisation, The Digital Shift and Optimised Mine Operations.

CPA Group was represented by Allard van der Waal and Martin Anderson.
