Continuous Improvement Program

The CPA Group implemented a new Continuous Improvement Program to reach the next level of service quality and customer satisfaction. Quality & Compliance is independently audited once per year by our Analysts from the Corporate Protection Australia Group advisory division, iSafe Safety Management Systems Pty Ltd.

The main purpose of this internal audit is to enhance the safety for our workforce and mitigate the risk for our employees and client. Our new audit tool uses Modern technology supports is used to ensure failed items (non-conformances) and remedial recommendations are actioned and our processes analysed.

Company Owner and Executive Chairman Harley Sparke, from Corporate Protection Australia Group is convinced, ‘the new process will help us to monitor performance and activities for our valued clients, which will elevate our business to the next level’.
